Step into our Classic Christmas Celebration and meet Santa & Mrs. Claus! It’s the perfect setting for your holiday photos and Christmas cards — all while supporting Rea of Hope For A Cure Foundation, a local awareness and advocacy nonprofit that aims to support and connect families of children with complex neurological disorders, specifically epilepsy.

Your Photo Op Session Includes:

• Professional photography by Emery Jude Photography

• 2 high-res, digital images will be available 1 week post-event/by Sunday, November 9, 2025 for downloading. Images will be available on the photographer’s photo gallery site that they dedicated to the event. Each participant will be given a unique code to access their images.

• High-res, digital photographs will be available to download until December31, 2025.
  

• 5-minute photo op with Santa & Mrs. Claus for your group

• Persons registered for each photo-op slot will be photographed together.

Participation Fee: $75 (total) per time slot — payable upon event registration.

All proceeds will be donated to Rea of Hope For A Cure Foundation, a local awareness and advocacy nonprofit that aims to support and connect families of children with complex neurological disorders, specifically epilepsy.

How to Participate:

1. Click Here to Register Online on Calendly – Spots are limited! Select your time slot and pay the participation fee to secure your reservation. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

2. Arrive Early – Please arrive 15 minutes before your reserved time slot to check in, pay, and collect your event token. Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to the tight schedule.

3. Meet Santa & Mrs. Claus – Your event token is your “golden ticket” to your time slot — and to exclusive day-of promotions in-store!

Important Event Details:

• No refunds - in the event of a no-show, the ticket will still benefit Rea of Hope For A Cure Foundation.

• Photo op time slots are 5 minutes each and are for one group per registration slot.

• 1 time slot accommodates up to 6 participants. If your group is larger than 6, please purchase multiple, consecutive slots. Pets my be included - dog (leashed), cat, or other small animal. All pets must be supervised by owners.

• Opportunity to chat with Rea of Hope For A Cure Foundation.

• We ask that participants refrain from photography with personal devices.

• Event photos may be used for Kids ‘N Kribs marketing purposes.
