Not able to make it into the store? We can have completed online non-furniture orders ready for in store pickup! Simply select the “In-store Pickup” option at checkout, and a team member will alert you when your order is ready.

Online Store
Shop with us 24/7 at from the convenience of your desktop or mobile. Most in-stock items, excluding furniture, can be picked up at our Devon, PA location.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping
We are proud to offer complimentary gift wrapping of most products purchased in-store or online. Our unique selection of wrapping paper and ribbons is sure to wow your friends and family. Select large items and gear may not be able to be wrapped. At the time of purchase, we will confirm what items can be gift wrapped. Items on the same order are usually wrapped together, if possible, please indicate in the order notes if you have different wrapping preferences.

Store Shipping (Non-Furniture)
Want to send your purchased gift directly to your giftee? We are able to ship most non-furniture items to the 48 Contiguous United States and Washington D.C. via UPS or USPS. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding companies. Other exclusions may apply. All shipping timeframes are based on UPS or USPS shipping timeframes.

Manufacturer Shipping 
Limited items may be available to ship directly to you from some of our manufacturers including curbside delivery for select furniture. Please contact us to confirm availability and any applicable additional shipping fees.

Furniture In-Home Delivery and Setup Service
We offer in-home delivery and setup services for furniture items through a third-party at a flat rate fee for locations within our local delivery service area. The in-home delivery and setup fees are not included in the purchase price of the furniture items. Please contact us to confirm delivery fees and other delivery details. All delivery fees are paid prior to scheduling delivery appointments. All delivery fees are not refundable after items have been delivered, with exceptions made for defective items that cannot be replaced or repaired.

  • Furniture items will be delivered by experienced delivery service team members. Once furniture items have been received at the warehouse, the delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery slot. Your furniture order will be delivered to your desired delivery location, assembled in your room of choice as required, based on your delivery order. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed.

  • We require that you inspect your delivery order to confirm all items are received as expected and provide a signature of acceptance upon delivery receipt. When placing your order, please provide a phone number that can be used to arrange the delivery appointment. All delivery appointments are scheduled based on an arrival time window.

  • Our local delivery service area is considered any address within two hours of our store. Any addresses outside of our local delivery service area may be considered for delivery services but may be subject to additional delivery service fees. Please call to confirm rates and delivery availability. All deliveries are made based on availability of delivery slots. Limited furniture items may be drop shipped from manufacturers. Please call us to confirm availability.

Furniture Curbside Delivery (Subject to availability)

For large furniture items, curbside delivery requires compliance with the following standard set of rules utilized across the shipping industry:

  • Customer premise must provide reasonable and safe access for delivery vehicle (driveway or street allowing truck access).

  • Furniture will be placed at the closest point accessible by truck. Shipping agents, at their sole discretion, may assist the customer in placing the furniture inside a garage or in another covered location.

  • An adult must be present to inspect, accept and sign off on the delivery.

  • Customer is allowed 30 minutes to perform a visual inspection; any signs of packaging damages should be noted on the delivery documents.

  • Customer will have 7 days to report any "concealed damages" not visible or related to packaging condition.

  • Unpacking and assembly of items included in furniture curbside delivery are not included.

Payment Terms For All Orders
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed, including made to order and custom items, furniture and non-furniture.


All non-furniture returns or exchanges must be done within 60 days from the original date of purchase.

For an item to be considered for a return or exchange, it should be unused, in good condition, and sealed in its original packaging with its Kids 'N Kribs price label attached.

Furniture, mattresses, contour changing pads, gift cards, special orders, custom orders, personalized and monogramming orders, Christening apparel and final sale items cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded.

A store receipt is required for all returns for a refund or exchange. Refunds are returned in the form of the original payment. Cash refunds are subject to the availability of cash at the time of the refund processing, and may be paid via a mailed corporate-issued check. A gift receipt may be used to exchange items of equal value. 

Exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Return shipping fees will apply for items that need to be shipped back to our store location. Please contact us to discuss the specific requirements.

Shipping fees for shipped items are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

Monogrammed, personalized and custom bedding items are considered custom order items and must be paid in full upon order placement. Such items are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Additional types of goods that not returnable or refundable include gift cards, perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants, newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods.

All sales are final for furniture and non-furniture items that are purchased "As-Is” and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes "Clearance" and "Sale" items. 

All shipping, delivery, assembly and handling fees are non-refundable once orders have been fulfilled.
