We are always expanding our offerings to include additional handmade, ECO friendly and socially responsible lines. In addition, we offer personalization and monogramming services, complimentary baby and gift registries, plus gift wrapping.

  • Concierge Service

    No time to browse through the store but need to purchase a special gift? Give us a call to discuss your needs, we'll help select items then process the order on the phone so you can drive by to pick up. Please call us to confirm arrangements.

  • Complimentary Gift Wrapping

    Gift wrapping of products purchased from us is always complimentary. All smaller items are either placed in boxes or wrapped in our standard wrapping paper to create unique gift packages. Larger items may not be able to be wrapped. At the time of purchase, we will confirm what items can be gift wrapped.

  • In-Store Pickups, Shipping & White Glove Delivery

    All items can be arranged for in-store pickups or white glove delivery service. We can ship via UPS most non-furniture items. Please call us to discuss your needs and confirm shipping or delivery charges.

  • White Glove Delivery Service

    We offer an in-home white glove delivery service at a flat rate fee for locations within our local delivery service area. Your furniture and non-furniture items, will be delivered by our experienced delivery service team members. For furniture items, we will carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We will place non-furniture items in locations at your home based on your request. We ask that you inspect your delivery order and provide a signature of acceptance upon receipt. When ordering your purchases, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment. All delivery appointments are scheduled based on a delivery time window. Please call us to confirm delivery rates and payment arrangements.

    Delivery addresses within 2 hours drive from our store will be considered as part of our local delivery service area. We are currently unable to deliver within the Manhattan, NY area. Any other addresses outside of our local delivery service area may be considered for delivery services but subject to additional delivery service fees. Please call to confirm rates and delivery availability. All deliveries are made based on availability of delivery slots. Limited furniture items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Please call us to confirm availability

  • Returns

    All returns or exchanges should be done with 60 days of purchase. A store receipt is required for all returns for a refund or store credit. Refunds are returned in the form of the original payment. A gift receipt may be used to exchange items of equal value or for store credit. All items being returned should be in unused good condition in its original packaging. Exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping or delivery service fees will apply for items that need to be shipped back or delivered back to our store or warehouse location. Please discuss the specific requirements with us. Furniture orders are considered to be custom orders that begin the production process immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. Hence furniture orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded. Furniture orders should be paid at the time the order is placed.

    Monogrammed / personalized and custom bedding items are considered custom order items and must be paid in full upon order placement, are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Final sale and clearance items including floor samples are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
