Gift wrapping of products purchased from us is always complimentary. All smaller items are either placed in boxes or wrapped in our standard wrapping paper to create unique gift packages. Larger items may not be able to be wrapped. At the time of purchase, we will confirm what items can be gift wrapped. Please contact us to confirm arrangements.
At this time, we are able to ship via UPS or USPS most non-furniture items to only the 48 Contiguous United States and Washington D.C. All shipping timeframes are based on UPS or USPS shipping timeframes. Please contact us to confirm arrangements.
We offer an in-home in-home delivery service for furniture items through a third-party furniture setup service at a flat rate fee for locations within our local delivery service area. Any related non-furniture items may be included in the delivery order. Please contact us to confirm delivery fees and other delivery details. All delivery fees are paid prior to scheduling delivery appointments. All delivery fees are not refundable after items have been delivered, with exceptions made for defective items that cannot be replaced or repaired.
Furniture and non-furniture items will be delivered by experienced delivery service team members. Furniture items will be received at the warehouse, unpacked from shipping materials and inspected for defects. The delivery service will then contact you to schedule a delivery slot. Your furniture order will be delivered to your delivery location, assembled in your room of choice as required, based on your delivery order. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed.
We require that you inspect your delivery order to confirm all items are received as expected, and provide a signature of acceptance upon delivery receipt. When placing your order, please provide a daytime number which will be used to arrange the delivery appointment. All delivery appointments are scheduled based on a delivery time window.
Delivery addresses within 2 hours drive from our store will be considered as part of our local delivery service area. We are currently unable to deliver within the Manhattan, NY area. Any other addresses outside of our local delivery service area may be considered for delivery services but subject to additional delivery service fees. Please call to confirm rates and delivery availability. All deliveries are made based on availability of delivery slots. Limited furniture items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. All non-furniture item returns or exchanges should be done within 60 days of purchase. A store receipt is required for all returns for a refund or store credit. Refunds are returned in the form of the original payment. Cash refunds are subject to the availability of cash at the time of the refund processing, and may be paid via a mailed corporate-issued check. A gift receipt may be used to exchange items of equal value or for store credit.
Any item being returned should be unused, in good condition, and unopened in its original packaging. Exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping or delivery service fees will apply for items that need to be shipped back or delivered back to our store or warehouse location. Please discuss the specific requirements with us.
Furniture orders that are not part of our Furniture Stock Program are considered to be custom orders and cannot be cancelled once ordered. Such furniture orders are built or ordered to your specifications, hence cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, hence please contact us to determine what is possible or not possible to assist with your needs.
Furniture orders that are part of our Furniture Stock Program cannot be cancelled once items are delivered or picked up. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, hence please contact us to determine what is possible or not possible to assist with your needs.
All furniture orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Monogrammed and/or personalized and custom bedding items are considered custom order items and must be paid in full upon order placement. Such items are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Additional types of goods that not returnable, not refundable include gift cards, perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants, newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods.
All sales are final for furniture and non-furniture items purchased "As-Is", and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Such items include "Clearance" and "Sale" items.
All shipping, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable once orders have been fulfilled.
